Keri was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2006 and her Master of Science in Nutrition in 2008, after completing her Dietetic Internship in 2007. Keri worked for several years as an inpatient dietitian in hospitals and long-term care/skilled nursing facilities in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. She also has experience in the private consulting sector, as well as community based nutrition education. She has a strong background providing medical nutrition therapy for many nutrition-related health issues, including oncology, diabetes, renal disease, heart health, nutrition support, as well as general nutrition, bariatrics, and non-surgical weight loss. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City campus, where she teaches nutrition classes.
Keri lives in Piedmont, Oklahoma with her husband, two young children and dog. She enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, swimming, running and yoga.
Jill is a registered dietitian with a talent for simplifying complex nutrition science into easy bites for real life. She is an experienced trainer with a background in school wellness, the food and beverage industry, and non-profit organizations. Jill delivers high-quality professional development and moves many audiences to action with engaging and impactful trainings. She spent the first half of her career in the food industry, focusing on the K-12 sales channel. She provided innovation, ideation, and marketing support while also delivering professional development to school nutrition professionals. Most recently, Jill served as a National Nutrition Advisor and subject matter expert for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, providing training and professional development and creating tools and resources for school and out-of-school time audiences around the country. Jill’s areas of expertise in school health include food and nutrition, policy, employee well-being and sleep. Jill co-founded Real Noshes, a food and nutrition consulting team, and Argunas Consulting, specializing in high-quality training and coaching to help speakers, trainers and educators shine in front of a crowd.
Jill’s favorite place to be is in the kitchen. She thinks chopping veggies is the best stress reliever. She also enjoys running, swimming and hiking. Jill lives in Northwest Arkansas with her husband, her busy toddler, and her furry Bernedoodle.
